A few years ago spf became quite a popular product on the market, all thanks to fear marketing. The fact is that fear is the best seller, so in fear of aging and cancer, we smear the skin with spf products more than it really needs. This whole philosophy, in which the sun is called the main enemy of our skin, is often paid for with our own health due to an insufficient intake of vitamin D. Vitamin D actually has a positive effect on the beauty of the skin because it helps maintain a healthy level of collagen, which improves its elasticity and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and acne. In the context of overall health, vitamin D plays a key role in its maintenance. In addition to aiding in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus to maintain healthy bones, it also plays an important role in supporting the immune system, reducing inflammation, regulating mood, and supporting heart health. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to numerous health problems, such as muscle weakness, autoimmune and neurological diseases, osteoporosis and increased risk of infections.
